This condo has 2 bedrooms featuring a queen and full size bed, a cozy living room with a full size bed, and a bathroom equipped with a shower, hair dryer, bath soaps and towels. This welcoming property is perfect for a maximum of 6 guests looking for a superb stay. AC units in each room, flat screen smart TV with cable and a washer and dryer specific for Conch Villa Vista guests. To make your stay even more enjoyable we provide from beach chairs, beach towels and coolers to a full kitchen equipped with appliances so you can enjoy your morning breakfast and the view of St Thomas & Pilsbury Sound right from the comfort of the covered porch. The condo is equipped with back up battery power.A parking spot is available at Conch Villas for Conch Villa Vista guests. Amongst the beautiful landscaping at this condo we have stairs to climb up to the condo and up to the second floor where you will be greeted to the entrance of your condo with more amazing ocean views!!
