Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was very comfortable for our family. The balcony view is breathtaking. The host was great to communicate with. We could easily walk to different restaurants every night for dinner. Everything was as listed and we would love to come back and stay again!

Great location!

Perfect accommodations for 4 adult women on a girls weekend. Clean, well appointed and great deck overlooking Cruz Bay. Close walk to town (steep hill) and will definitely stay here again.

Best condo in Cruz Bay!

This was our second time staying at Tropical Breeze! The location and views of Cruz Bay are amazing, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, baths are fully stocked, etc! We will definitely be back again!

Great Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tropical Breeze and will definitely be back again! It was very clean, well stocked and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. It's very close to Cruz Bay and the beaches (we walked everywhere) so it's in a perfect location. The Property Manager was great to work with and was extremely helpful and responsive!

A spectacular view!

4 adults stayed comfortably for 8 days. So nice that each couple had privacy and separate bathrooms. After enjoying one of the spectacular SJVI beach’s each day we loved coming back to Battery Hill to enjoy cocktails, snacks and conversation with other guests at the pool!

Great place in Cruz Bay St. John

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was fabulous, it was nice to have access to laundry facilities, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the views from the deck were wonderful. The T.V. was not working really well, but who needs T.V. when you have the views, pool, close access to restaurants and shops, beaches, and hiking trails to enjoy!

Tropical Breeze

The views are stunning! The space is lovely and well appointed. Downtown is nearby and the walk up the hill invigorating! We loved our time there! Tammy was quick to answer our questions and gave us excellent advice. Such a beautiful and comfortable home.

We had a great experience and will definitely be back, keep in mind the hills that everyone talks about is definitely a hike but doable! The island lost power the last night but Tammy was very communicative with us and kept us in the loop. It was very hot in the house without power overnight but they did have battery powered fans for us which helped! Overall tropical breeze is a great place to stay with everything you need for a great week!

Wonderful stay!

We spent a week in this great condo and sadly had a leave before we wanted because of this darn virus (things were starting to close down on STJ). The condo was in a great location that allows for walking to Cruz Bay, it was spacious and had everything we needed. At an unprecedented time of changing circumstances, both Tammy (property manager) and Monique (owner) were fabulous to deal with. We look forward to returning!

St. John Condo

My husband and I shared a condo with my son and his partner. We were on the island to attend the wedding of my son and his fiancé. The condo worked great for the 4 of us with plenty of space for everyone.
