The view of the ocean was incredible.As a whole, I would describe the entire condo as neglected…. including the balcony, which could use a paint job because of the rusty nail heads. The entry door is very warped, which makes it really hard to lock the door with the key. The lock on the sliding glass door is broken and could mot lock.Neither one of the bathroom shower diverters worked. We are lucky to get a few streams of water from the shower. Most of it was pouring out the spout below. The shower curtain in the main bathroom had mold on the bottom. I hate complaining but…i think all property managers should be made to spend a weekend in the places they manage- they may learn a lot and maybe “care” more about what their customers/renters go through.
