When you initially reached out regarding bugs on the floor, I responded promptly and offered to send a member of our cleaning staff to address the issue, but I did not receive a follow-up response. Additionally, no mention was made during your stay about maggots or leftover food in the fridge, which unfortunately meant we were not given the opportunity to address and resolve these concerns at the time. Regarding the toiletries, please note that all bathrooms are equipped with built-in hand soap dispensers located next to the faucets, and these were freshly refilled prior to your arrival. We certainly understand how frustrating this experience must have been. That said, we always encourage guests to communicate concerns in real time, so we can address them promptly and ensure a more comfortable stay. While we regret that we were not given the chance to make things right during your visit, we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
