Clean room. Super basic! I rate this a 1 star below a Holiday Inn Express. Great location with access to everything. Just plan to walk to Walgreens for ground coffee, bottle water, and bring your own soap/shampoo. Basic but clean.

The room was in horrible condition. Cleaning crew left open beer cans, no standard amenities like soap. No luggage carts available and only one bell hop for the entire property. Check in only had one person working and security guard wasn’t prepared to receive us per instructions.

I'm sorry to hear your comments. The condo was professionally cleaned in advance of your check in. Further you did not contact me or VRBO of any issues. The unit is a private condo and does not promote bell hop or other hotel front desk services.

Great location. Easy to check in at 4pm. We got there earlier so they stored our bags till 4. Unit was clean and well kept. No view, but large window to let in the daylight. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to include an ice bucket.

The place was very conveniently located on the strip and had what we needed for our stay. Very simple place, however the fridge did not really keep items cold. Our check in was a bit much as the host did not provide the front desk with our reservation info which caused a lengthy check in time. I will say that the people who worked there were extremely helpful and patient.

The location is very good. Getting to the Cosmopolitan is easy and access to the Cosmopolitan Uber pickup was very convenient. The room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen amenities are dated. Overall, it could use some cosmetic work with regards to trim and touchup paint, especially in the bathroom and around the kitchen island - loose nails and unpainted wood isn’t good. With that and a new stove/oven and this would be a 4 to 4.5 star place easy.
