The apartment was conveniently located 10 min walk to a grocery, 13 minute walk to the Fountain Blue, liquor store 1 block away and 1 block from the beach. The area is safe and has a restaurant next door and several others within a few blocks. The appt. is comfortable for a young family, couple or an individual.
