Two Large Double Beds, 1 loveseat sofa, TV, Fridge, MW in this Large Family Oriented Bedroom. Bath w/ glass door enclosed shower, large sink, toilet. Comfortable for one to 4 guests - First guest $66. per night; 2nd, 3rd, 4th guests at $59 each per night; children $29. each. Pets allowed at $20 each per night. A one time fee of $35. for Pet odor removal & cleaning may apply if needed. No need to go thru other rooms in the house. Private entrance door to room is right from the concrete driveway; park near the door and walk straight in.
Visitors allowed until 11 PM; after 11 visitor becomes a guest and must book-in and pay the night fee. Unregistered/unbooked people not allowed to spend the night. Booked-in primary Guest is responsible for Crash-in clandestine people. Bringing an additional non booked guest to occupy the lodge without prior notification to the Hosting management will be charged to primary guest at $59. fee per night plus a $35. late fee.
Laundry available: Washer, Dryer & Soap at $19 first wash load, 2nd load $12.
Parking on large concrete driveway: 1st car $12 for 1-24 hour period, 2nd car $15.
