Stunning Ocean View 3-Bedroom + Den Home in Ventura Beach

This beautiful property is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the serene beauty of Ventura Beach. With breathtaking ocean views from almost every room, this beach house offers a perfect escape. The den, featuring privacy pocket doors and a queen sleeper sofa, offers an especially stunning vantage point of the coastline.

Located less than a mile from the beach, it’s a quick walk or drive to enjoy the sand and surf. Plus, our home is close to all the activities Ventura has to offer. Or, if you prefer, you can simply unwind on the large patio, soaking in the unobstructed ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The home front door entry has a ramp which allows easy access for a wheelchair, stroller, wheeled luggage & wagon full of toys from the beach. You can also access the den bedroom featuring a queen sleeper sofa which is off the dining room that allows for wide access for a wheelchair/stroller. Permit 2524

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Check out is at 11 am. Unless otherwise approved and discussed with the owner. **** There is a guest book located next to the front door with detailed house rules & check out information ****
1) Start a load of laundry preferably towels before leaving. 2) Put all patio furniture covers back on. 3) Clean & cover the BBQ if used. 4) Switch off Heater.
5) Close all windows and lock all doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The ocean view from the common areas was breathtaking and then you get to go outside and experience it with the ocean breeze. Very nice outdoor furniture with ample seating on the wraparound deck. The house is very nice. It was clean and had just about everything you would need. The location is great. It’s close to just about everything. The view of the ocean and park from the patio is so pretty. Our only complaint was the noise from the freeway. We had to leave our windows open at night because there is no air conditioning and it was really loud. We had a five month old and three year old with us but it didn’t seem to bother them a bit! The host was so easy to deal with. She responded to all messages quickly and was very accommodating of all my requests and questions. Overall we had a great experience!

Beautiful views! Patio was a little noisy but great views and huge! A lot of seating options.House has plenty of space to spread out for our 9 people family. Neighborhood cat Leo entertained my nieces and nephews! Convenient location, close to the beach (walkable) and shopping (grocery). Front door had locket issues but we used the back door lock and it worked perfectly! Host was very responsive! We had few cleaning issues but overall very nice option! Two minute from hwy 101.

Lovely Beach Themed Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house with panoramic views of the ocean. Very clean and well stocked with any needed household items. The beds are comfortable and checking in and out was a breeze. Be aware that the 101 freeway is located between the house and the beach. It doesn’t block the beautiful ocean views or access to walking to beach, but the traffic noise can be heard when sitting on the patio. Any traffic noise isn’t a problem inside however as the house is well insulated. It’s an easy short drive to anything you want to do in Ventura.
