Our Beach House is on the sand is known by locals as the new Malibu, but without the traffic, pollution or crowds! Enjoy the 2 mile sandy beach which is rare for the area, as many of our beaches are rocky and offer very little sand. We are also centrally located 65 miles north of Los Angeles, 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara, 15 minutes from Montecito, 20 minutes from Ojai, and 10 minutes from Ventura and Carpinteria. This location is ideal for enjoying the best that each of these world famous destinations has to offer.

In addition to location, our home is not a typical "cottage" beach house. It's a high quality constructed beach house decorated with an eye for detail and beach life. A two story beach house offers amazing ocean view.

The large master suite is an experience in and of itself as it has magnificent views of the ocean which can be enjoyed in our luxurious king size bed, along side a roaring romantic fireplace or on the seaside balcony. The master bath offers a large walk in shower for two and 2 sinks/vanities.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed with accompanying full bathroom. The first floor offers an open floor plan with kitchen and dining table and chairs that flow into the cozy living room.

The living room has a fireplace, high definition 42” TV with doors that open onto the large ocean front patio. There are windows that traverse from the kitchen to the living room providing wonderful ocean views and the symphony of waves. On this floor there is a full bath. On this floor is also a washer and dryer.

The large ocean side deck has a Jacuzzi, table and chairs and two chaise lounges, with stairs that lead down from the seawall to the ocean/sand. Please see a picture of the stairs on the website. The drop from the top of the seawall to the sand ranges 10 to 15 feet. During high tide, and depending on the season, the water can splash against the seawall, which can make entry into the ocean from the stairs impossible. However, Mondo’s beach is several hundred yards to the north and it is sandy and accessible all year around.

The home also offers a garage and driveway parking with easy access to Hwy 101 Santa Barbara, Ojai, Carpinteria,, Ventura or Los Angeles. The Beach House also has a roof top deck with stunning views.
