Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. This is an older house that has been renovated so it has a little quirk to it. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry in house. This is a property about 10-15 minutes to downtown and the University of TN. It is about 20-25 minutes to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg areas. There is a guest house on the property so be mindful of other people who might be on the property!Stay with us today

Large clean safe accommodations. Quiet

We were visiting Johnson College about 20 minutes away. House located in quiet neighborhood but close enough for groceries etc. host was especially helpful in arranging for us to spend an extra night. Good experience. Thank you

Cozy, quiet, roomy & perfect location

We were in town for a catering work event which ended up being doubled last minute and this place was absolutely perfect !! Not to mention the bathtub is amazing !! Look forward to staying again !

Cozy spot!

We were so glad to stop over here and get cozy! The selection of games made my kids super happy, the furniture was sturdy and comfy and we found everything to be well in the kitchen! Spacious and clean!
