Fish off your own private dock (striped bass!), swim to your heart's content, or paddle board around the saltwater lagoon. Walk out the front door and enjoy our community parks and nearby walk around the estuary. Luxury bifold doors span the entire length of the kitchen & dining room allowing for a completely unobstructed view of the water and wonderful afternoon breeze!
