Recently renovated Studio steps to Long Sand Beach. The unit has a queen bed and a double bed, couch, well stocked kitchen, bathroom with new shower stall, kitchen table with seating for 4, cable tv, Internet, AC, deck, gas grill and washer and dryer onsite.

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN LINENS

Enjoy a neat and clean studio cottage, 200 steps from beach, with a great yard for kids to play in after spending a fun filled day at the beach. There are 2 off street parking spots.

You do have to provide your own towels and linings. One queen bed and one full bed.

There are restaurants within walking distance and 1 1/2 to York Zoo, arcades, and shops and restaurants.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
