We were very happy with our stay. The house was cozy and clean. We all cuddled up on the couch to enjoy a nighttime movie. Communication with the host and entry was easy and smooth. The only difficulty was having to go downstairs for the bathroom. We are definitely planning to come back! Thank you.

We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a cool place! Close to the beach and tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying here.Place has everything, even an outdoor shower with warm water. York Beach has always been a favorite of ours! Beautiful and full of things to do.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for a family wedding in September. Even with a hurricane, it was an amazing visit. The location is great, short walk to the beach. The owner was also super easy to communicate with.

A great York Getaway!

It was perfect! Plenty of room, beautifully clean and walking distance to the beach. Bonus they had a Keurig coffee machine! The owner was so accessible and responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Nice place to stay

Mike was great about checking in with us before and during our stay by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and cared for. Quick walk to the ocean, just wished it wasn’t raining! It was perfect for a graduation weekend.
