This place was great. Check in was easy and we actually had no need to contact the host the entire stay. The home was beautiful and the kids really loved the game room and pool. We would definitely book this exact home again.

We had a great stay, the place was clean and very spacious. Host was very responsive to any questions, but the house was so well labeled and the instructions were clear, so there weren't any questions to ask. Close the parks and even took a day trip to Clearwater Beach.

Amazing house, perfect for big family

This house was just perfect for a big family to rent. The place was clean and had a beautiful recreation area that our kids enjoyed. I would definitely consider renting this house again for future vacations in Orlando.
Response from VrboOwner on 1 Apr 2020
We like to ensure the house is kept in excellent condition and positive reviews like these are important to us to make sure we are getting it right. The new games room with 60 in 1 arcade machine has proved a hit with guests who want a well constructed, high quality games room and not a garage that has a few games tables inside! Thanks for your positive comments.

Orlando stay

We planned our trip to spend 3 days in Orlando before cruising out of Port Canaveral. We had our family of 7, grandma and my sister’s family. This 6 bedroom/5.5 bedroom house was perfect for all of us! The kids loved the game room, pool and hot tub. It was conveniently close to Universal and Cape canaveral.

Very nice and relaxing

Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The place was large, clean, and welcoming. The game room had everything for the kids to have fun, the pool was nice, and the location was great. We were planning on fishing and kayaking, I didn't realize how close we were to the theme parks and Disney Springs. Communication with the owner was prefect too.

The home is perfect for all the parks in Central Orlando. Given this is an older subdivision (2005) it enjoys a prime location to the parks which the newer subdivisions do not always offer.

Suburb villa, excellent location

If you have a car to get to the parks and enjoy quiet clean luxurious surroundings in the evening to relax, then this is the villa for you! We had a fabulous time, though the pool heat really wasn't needed during our stay, with temperature at around 88 f every day, the children had a fabulous time playing in the 'big bath'! Thank you to the owners for all their help organising our stay.

A lovely property well positioned for Disney

The property was spacious, attractively furnished and well positioned for restaurants, shops and theme parks. Our party of 10, age range 18 months to 61, had more than adequate, space, comfort and facilities to make our holiday one of a lifetime. The owners had gone to great lengths to provide the little details, that makes the holiday experience smooth and painless. The baby equipment and pool infant protection were spot on. Overall a great place to stay.
Response from VrboOwner on 1 Apr 2020
The house provides a high level of comfort to guests and it allows a lot of private space so you do not feel you are living in each others pockets. When it is time to get together the living accommodation is spacious and comfortable. We can supply, for a small charge, infant protection and beds. A high chair and small stroller is supplied in the house.
