The condo features 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, and an additional office space with a queen portable bed. 50" TV. Completely furnished including linens and cookware. You'll have all the comforts of home with amenities like a washer, dryer, AC, WiFi, heating, and a hair dryer. Whether you're relaxing in the beautiful living area, enjoying our neighborhood beach park or exploring the terrific local attractions, this charming condo is the perfect home base for your Naples getaway. Applicant approval is required through the condominium association. There's a $150 application fee and an executed rental agreement must be attached to the online application. All rentals are subject to approval. It takes 14 days for application approval.

Why they chose this property
We love Parkshore's location. Convenient to many restaurants, the grocery and several shopping districts. 5th ave is a 15 minute drive. The beach park membership is a place to access the beach that offers restrooms, outdoor showers and ample parking.
What makes this property unique
This condo building is quiet and low key. It's a mile to the beach park (a beach pass is provided). Beautiful Venetian Village is across the street from our beach park where the restaurants and shops are all upscale.
