Perfect little home base for activities and food in Indy! Clean and updated and off street parking is a plus! Within walking distance to Fountain Square and a quick drive to other activities. Would suggest Core's Cottage to anyone who is looking for a cozy place to stay!

It was definitely small/cozy but convenient to convention center and where I was working for the week. Clean and great parking. Host immediately responded when there was an issue with WiFI. My only issue was that there was only one small pot and one small skillet for cooking and there was no can opener. I brought my own food to cook each night and was limited. Also there were no drawers or shelves for unpacking clothes. I am sure if I had mentioned any of this to the host they may have supplied me with something but I knew I was only there for the week working so I made it work.

Great little cottage and great area

Communication with the host was very easy and informative. Great little spot that has all amenities you could need for a short trip and in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. Definitely recommend a stay for the value!

Host knows wifi did not work so i had 2 7 year old girls who were supposed to practice their cheer routine and were unable as i couldnt even stream with my hotspot or stream. Router was no where in unit. Fireplace did not work. Floors were freezing due to no baseboards. Water was hot. Coffee maker did not work at 5am when i woke up to do cheer mom things. Tried to flip breaker but no outlets would work so i drove down the street spent 10 on coffee as i had cheer girls to get ready for competition at 10am at Corteva. Which is why i booked this place because it was a little over 5 miles and cancelled my hotel. Almost wish i would have got hotel we would have free breakfast working cable and my friend slipped in the back on the ice as there was no shoveling done. This is how i know the owner does not live on site. Would not book again. Very disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear parts of your stay were frustrating during such a busy weekend. We did our best to respond promptly to your questions throughout your stay. Unfortunately, the temporary internet outage was related to nearby construction and outside of our control. We did notify you the router behind the couch needed to be unplugged to which you responded you tried yet it didn’t work. Our next questions were then left unanswered so we assumed you sorted it out. The coffee maker is a single-serve Keurig that does work but requires a few setup steps, and we’re always happy to help guests with it if needed. We also appreciate the note about snow removal — with the quick weather shifts we experienced, we did our best but will continue working to improve this. This property hosts many guests with consistently positive experiences, so the issues you encountered are not typical, but we do appreciate the feedback as we continue improving for future guests. We wish you the best this cheer season.
