Very cute property!! Perfect for a couple. Would not recommend for infant or small kids due to peeling paint and steep stairs. Great location to Indiana convention center and Lucas oil stadium. All necessities included. No complaints. Easy parking.

The hosts were amazing. They went above and beyond what we would ever expect from a host! Communication was stellar! The home was clean and there was attention to details/amenities. We enjoyed the Keurig and coffee options! There were hygiene items such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner and even a few brand new in packaging toothbrushes and toothpaste! The parking was a huge perk, and FREE! If we are in Indianapolis again, we will absolutely stay here again!

In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city some day. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!

It’s all about location, as they say in the business, Then I found the Merz building and from the moment I saw it I recognized the opportunity. It has history, character and a location next to our awesome Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana convention Center. Hope to have you as a guest and welcome you to this great city.

Why they chose this property

It’s all about location, as they say in the business, Then I found the Merz building and from the moment I saw it I recognized the opportunity. It has history, character and walking distance to our awesome Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana convention Center and Gainbridge Fielhouse. Hope to have you as a guest and welcome you to this great city.

What makes this property unique

Everything I would want in my own house is what I provide in every property I own. This includes luxury mattresses, a variety of pillows, Antiques, commissioned art work from local artists and chosen pieces from my Art Gallery. If a guest request something I take pride in making it happen.
