Great place for family vacation

The place was perfect size for a family of 4! Loved being able to just walk out to the beach chairs and come back to the room for lunch! We forgot to pack beach towels and Alvin’s was right across the street we stopped there many times for towels, beach toys and sun block. We definitely will come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Destin and it was great! The condo was clean and perfect for a family of 6. The only negative thing was the living room furniture. It was not comfortable. The beach was not too crowded either! We will definitely keep Sterling Sands on our list of rentals!

Wonderful Property. Perfect for Families with Small Children.

Unit is on the 1st floor with easy access to stair/elevator. The room overlooks the pool and beach so it's easy to keep an eye on the family. My kids loved the bunk beds. Mom and dad enjoyed the main suite. Would definitely stay here again (and probably will).

Beautiful ocean front condo with gorgeous view

Highly recommend this gorgeous and super clean condo! It has a fabulous view of the ocean/beach from the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is setup nicely so that 4 people could actually use it if needed. My two teens (19 and 16) had plenty of space in there. The entire condo is spacious and comfortable - just absolutely lovely with everything you need to relax. It’s in a fantastic location relative to all the hot spots for restaurants and for fun things to do with the family. Pool and beach access is super easy and a fitness center is also on site. We would definitely come back! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in unit 109. The condo was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the location was perfection. The owner was more than accommodating and available to answer any questions. Location was great, we walked to dinner more than once. The Back Porch was our favorite!! The pool and beach were perfect for our 3 little ones as they were both just steps away from our room! We will definitely return in the future!! Would recommend to anyone!!

The property was clean and well secured. All the pools, hot tub, fitness center and beach front were clean. My condo was well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. My condo was so nice it's got me interested in buying one.

As snowbirds from Minnesota, we have enjoyed staying in this unit the past 3 years. The location is ideal, middle of first floor with a perfect view over the pool. Everything is clean, neat, and comfortable and the manager is very easy to work with. This would be a great unit for families. We will come back again.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, safe and family friendly. We did have a problem with water bugs in our room, but alerted managers and they said they would take care of it. It could just be that season in Florida. We are out of state visitors. That was the only negative I can think of. It’s right in the heart of Destin so everything is right at your fingertips. Would stay again.

Sterling Sands is a nice complex. The unit we stayed in needs new bedding and a more thorough cleaning crew. Bedspreads have blood/brown stains on them and pillows were very dingy and worn.

Thank you for your suggestions. Please review our pictures and you will see that since your departure, the Condo has been completely painted, new comforters have been added and brand new pillows, now that it is slowing down and not turning over every week. It was hit pretty hard this year on rentals and these upgrades were greatly needed. Manager
