All the water toys are here for your enjoyment - paddle boards, kayaks, floaties. There is basketball, volleyball, corn hole, BIG Jenga, etc. There is a game room located downstairs with X-box, darts, foosball, etc. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck where you will enjoy the cozy outdoor furniture and your evening under the stars in the hot tub. This vrbo is the best house all my friends and I have ever stayed in! The best stocked rental, beautiful location right on the water and there is so much to do! From hanging out in the back yard, taking a stroll to the docks that are available, kayaking and paddle boarding, this place is amazing!! We had beds for everyone which was so nice! Newly renovated place and very clean! We will be coming back to stay here! Cannot say good enough things about this rental and the hosts! Would give 10 stars if we could!

4th of July Family Gathering

This place is special. It has been renovated very nicely and sits on a lovely piece of waterfront property. The hosts’ attention to detail contributed to a very nice stay for our family. They were very responsive to our questions. We hope to stay here again.

Amazing place

We were looking for a place large enough for 3 families to stay & host a welcome dinner for my son's small wedding. The hosts were most accommodating & this was the BEST stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at. Everyone in our party kept commenting on that. Thank you again for everything!

We rented this house for a friends trip. All adults. It was perfect. House was well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Everything was very clean. Loved the hot tub and the view. Would definitely return to this property!

Details matter and the veteran owners of this property deliver in spades! My family and I took a much need break from our travel lacrosse schedule by staying at this beautiful home. We were blown away the minute we walked in the door. The house was fully prepped and every detail meticulously attended to. All of the little things that make a house feel like a home were there, waiting for us. The stress immediately melted away. The owners left a detailed book outlining how things worked in the house as well as an extensive list of dining and entertainment suggestions. The beds were SO comfortable. The house has been beautifully renovated with high end appliances and very comfortable furnishings. They put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable.There are outdoor games, kayaks, canoes and fishing poles. Crab pots. My boys loved the crab pots! There is a wonderful fire pit by the dock as well as a portable fire pit closer to the house. The outdoor space was very comfortable and well kept. If outdoor activities are not for you, then relax in the hot tub and watch the sun set over the water.Finally, the communication with the owners was seamless. Both were very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this property for the reasons above and so many more! Our family cannot wait to come back.

Navy Stay

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful waterfront rental, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the water that can be enjoyed from nearly every room. The property is well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay extra comfortable. The layout of the house was spacious and welcoming, with plenty of room for both relaxation and entertaining. One of the best vacation rentals we ever had!

My family has been renting houses for over 3 years and this property was by far one of the best. The host was so sweet and caring, went the extra mile over and over again. He always responded to my messages the same day, took the time to respond with detailed answers, making sure I understood everything. When we arrived at the house there were fresh groceries waiting for us! There was milk, orange juice, a fruit platter, popcorn and fresh cinnamon buns. The house was extremely clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed. It was such a beautifully modern and updated space with 5 tvs, 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of beds. There were tons of puzzles, board games and outdoor games for us to use. Best part was the amazing outdoor hot tub! We all loved it! The views from the house were outstanding, waking up each morning on the water was so wonderful. We can't wait to come back and visit again!
