Welcome to this enjoyable condo on St. Simons Island on the Gorgia coast. Enjoy St. Simons Island in the heart of the pier/village area with easy access to nearby beaches and local restaurants and Neptune water park. Literally around the corner from restaurants, shops, the lighthouse, beach access and a sweet little park with a dog park, pickle ball, tennis court. On condo facility: Outdoor pool with outdoor grill. Two bicycles. Wi-Fi and smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Furnished kitchen including air fryer and other useful items. Personal gated parking space for 2 vehicles. Balcony. Here are some highlights to enjoy during your stay:
Beautiful Beaches: Unwind on the soft sands, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze. Historic District: Stroll through our quaint downtown, filled with boutiques, art galleries, and historic homes, Pier, and Neptune water park. Nature Preserves: Visit Fort Frederica National Monument to explore Georgia's colonial history and the island’s maritime forest. Outdoor Activities: Take advantage of fishing, boating, kayaking, and biking opportunities.

We have a one-time cleaning fee of $145 and if you have a pet an additional $75 fee for each pet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip the beds. Please put used towels in tub. Please Remove food from refrigerator. Please take the trash out to the large bin in the back of the parking lot,
Make sure you didn’t forget anything. Reset the thermostat to 78 degrees to reduce energy usage during warm days
Check-out is 11 am Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you soon!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late checkout fee $50 every half hour. After 2 hours an additional $150 fee. This does not give you permission to possess the property any longer.
No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes inside the condo. $1000 cleaning and odor removal fee. No Parties. Quiet time 10pm-7am. Fee charged if violated
Notify us immediately if something is broken or stained so we can take care of the issue. Replacement fees can be requested. Lock doors at checkout.
