You can enjoy a cup of coffee on our large front porch, a spacious kitchen, open living space and rustic charm. 15 minute drive to Newport and many beaches. The back yard is private with a large deck, grill, and outdoor seating. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood! First floor has large central air conditioning unit and bedrooms have window AC. Full size washer and dryer.

This is a residential neighborhood, absolutely NO parties allowed.
