This end unit Townhome is located in the gated community of Barrier Dunes. See bottom below.

You will have access to two pools (including the gulf front pool), tennis courts and playground.

This quiet little community is located across from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and is a short drive from Port St. Joe and Apalachicola where you will find wonderful shopping and dining districts.

The beach is a two minute walk, where you will find the clubhouse, seaside pool and the cool white sand beaches that are unique and not overly populated.

At the St. Joseph State Park, one can enjoy wildlife, hiking, biking, or water activities-it even hosts a marina to launch a boat.

If you are looking to golf, the St. Joseph's Bay Country Club is just minutes away.

The kitchen is fully stocked with almost every appliance you will need for your vacation, from dishwasher to ice maker!

Free High speed fiber WiFi is provided.

A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, and the living room has a assortment of movies, books and puzzles.

Outside, this townhouse sports 2 balconies, and a deck with a gas grill, table and seating.

The condo was just as promised and was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. The outdoor shower was amazing when coming in from the beach. The location was close to the pools and pickle ball courts as well as to the boardwalk to get to the beach. We hit the beach and pool every day. The gated community felt extremely safe and the residents were great to talk to at the beach. Blake had the perfect level of communication with us during our stay!

Me and my husband and our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay. This property is SUPER pet friendly and we LOVED that and so did our babies. The walk to the beach is not far at all which is awesome. We will definitely be returning!

Our stay was lovely, and the property was as described. Very close to the beach, and the grounds were well maintained. The floors in the condo were not as clean as I prefer, and we wish there were more towels for our stay, but all other aspects of the visit were very pleasant.

We loved the easy access to beach in this peaceful community—Quick walk to the beach. We also Enjoyed the state park and that it is so close to the property. The home is comfortable and had everything we needed. Also appreciated that we were able to bring our dog. Thank you!

Cute and cozy

Condo was well kept and clean. A short 2 minute walk to the beach where my husband and I enjoyed having a bonfire on the beach. We also love how far you can walk into the ocean without it being too deep and of course the clear waters of the cape. Would definitely stay here again
