This picturesque 4 bedroom home is nestled into the quiet Corcoran neighborhood, just 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Easy access to the bus and bike lines make this updated home conveniently located for downtown events, the airport/MOA, the Chain of Lakes, and many more Minneapolis highlights.
With two apartments combined into Tulip House, you'll enjoy a charming backyard patio area, two beautiful living rooms with Roku-TVs, and two fully-stocked kitchens. Each kitchen offers a full complement of kitchenware, spices, etc, so if you want to eat in, we've got you covered, but if you want to dine out, you are in a great neighborhood! Eat Street is just 10 minutes away, and Matt's Bar (home of the original Juicy Lucy) is just a half mile away, plus many other local favorites.
Enjoy garage parking for an extra fee ($100 for your stay), or easy, free street parking right out front. We have other rentals nearby too, if you are looking for larger or smaller accommodations. Please reach out if you have any questions - we're here to help!
