With ample seating for 16+ guests, this home is ideal for family gatherings, reunions, or a peaceful retreat.

After a fun-filled day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub or relax in the spacious, comfortable living areas, designed to accommodate everyone. Plus, we’ve made sure the little ones are taken care of with two Pack ‘n Plays, two high chairs, and extra air mattresses available for additional guests.

Bedrooms & Comfort:

Each of the five bedrooms features Smart TVs for your entertainment:

Master Suite: This large, luxurious room includes a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Connected to the main suite is a cozy additional bedroom, perfect for kids, featuring both a king and a queen bed, as well as a walk-in closet stocked with Pack ‘n Plays and air mattresses.

Upstairs Bedroom 2: A spacious room with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a closet with additional Pack ‘n Play bedding.

Upstairs Bedroom 3: Offers another king-size bed for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs Bedroom 4: Features a comfortable queen bed.

Downstairs Bedroom 5: Includes a king-size bed and a desk, perfect for work or study.

Additionally, there are two full bathrooms located in the hallway, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Booking & Membership Information:

To access the community amenities, all guests aged 6 and over must purchase a temporary membership (fees not included in booking). The following fees apply:

In-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day): $8.50 per night/person or $42.50 per week/person
Off-season (after Labor Day to Memorial Day): $2.00 per night/person
Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
