Enjoy our completely remodeled private frontage lake home with high-end finishes, central air/heat, wifi, waterfront access, and much, much more!
DESCRIPTION OF LAKE HOUSE AND PROPERTY:
Bedroom 1: queen size bed, large closet, desk/chair (work space), nightstand with charging station, 32” TV with Roku, and stunning views of Camp Lake
Bedroom #2: sturdy full-over-queen bunk bed, large closet, dresser drawer, 26” TV with Roku, and a Pack N’ Play (stored in the closet) available to guests who supply their own crib sheet(s)
Bathroom: walk-in shower, his/her sinks, towels (indoor use only), toiletries, hair dryer, etc.
Kitchen: brand new appliances, kitchen island, coat closet, pantry, small washer/dryer combo
Living/Dining Room: sectional couch (pulls out to a full-size sleeper), electric fireplace, 55” smart TV, games/books (stored in cabinets), dining room table and chairs (seats 6)
Front Yard: play set (swings, slide, treehouse)
Side Patio: outdoor patio set, propane grill, beautiful landscaping, views of the lake
Back Deck: outdoor seating, coffee/side tables, and panoramic views of Camp Lake
Backyard: private pier (warmer months), hammock (warmer months), propane fire pit, sturdy outdoor seating
Extras: a, cornhole boards, paddle boat and badminton set are available free of charge during warmer months.
Parking: Free 3-4 outdoor parking spaces for cars and/or watercraft are in the front of the house.
Boat Launch: Camp Lake has 3 public boat launches; the northwest launch is just 5 houses down the road!

INFORMATION ABOUT CAMP LAKE:
Camp Lake is 439-acres and has a maximum depth of 19 feet. There are 3 public boat launches; the northwest boat launch is 5 houses down the road! The lake is great for boating, fishing, swimming and water sports. Motor boating, kayaking, canoeing, water skiing/tubing, and other activities are all welcomed on Camp Lake! Fish in the lake include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye, and Catfish. Kids 15 and under can fish without a license. Others can purchase fishing licenses at Paddock Lake Sporting Goods (5 miles from the house) or online at Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
*Please note, quiet hours on the lake are from 7pm-10am. During these hours, fishing is allowed, but motor sports are prohibited.
