The living room offers a cozy sofa bed for extra comfort and additional sleep space. The sunroom overlooking the 8th T-box of the Brittany Executive Golf Course offers a great space for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Ride-in ride-out to the Back 40 Trail or the Razorback Greenway. Quick walk to Metfield Park. A 15-minute drive to the beautiful Bentonville square with lots of eateries, brew pubs and coffee shops.
