Greeley is waiting for you at this marvelous A frame mountain style home, amazing master bedroom/loft with balcony facing sun sets. Full restroom, washer and dryer. Huge Livingroom. sunroom dining room surrounded by windows. Basement has living room with full bath and washer dryer, connected to two identical bedrooms. Two-person hot tub connect to patio. Extra patio in front yard near main entrance. Back yard is approximately half an acre plenty of space for small events. Also does have a private lake. No motorized boats.
