We had an issue during our stay, but Stacy communicated with us the entire time and handled the situation as best he could. The house was clean, spacious, and had a great layout that worked perfectly for our retreat. The location was ideal and made everything easy to access. Overall, a pleasant stay and excellent host communication.

DunRovin

Overall, it was a good cabin & it served its purpose. Very close to downtown West Jefferson, Mount Airee golf course and Zaloos canoes tubing. These are all activities we were able to fit into our schedule during our weekend stay.

Smell in the basement and stuffy , door knobs did not ok in the top floor bedroom and king size basement bedroom. No trash can or bathroom mat in the basement bathroom. Great living room area and dining area. All appliances and dinner were is great. Great for huge groups to stay. Love the outdoor area.

Perfect Peaceful Paradise

We love this home! It offered everything we needed as a large family wanting to spend the holidays under one roof and in the mountains. If you are looking for a place for your entire family.. this is it! Property management was easily accessible. Everything we needed to know was given to us up front! Beautiful area with a cozy mountain feel, yet close enough to things you might need.

With our big family of 12, DunRovin provided the space we needed at a price i could afford. We had a couple of minor issues, but we called Stacey and he took care of it asap. We cooked every meal in the well appointed kitchen. The decor was charming. Location close to everything we wanted. Doors and doorknobs need a little work, but this was totally minor. Hot tub was clean and much enjoyed. Our grandkids loved playing hide and seek in this spacious place.

So good, we stayed an extra day.

The house was clean and comfortable, better than the pictures. We had 10 people sleeping there with 4 beds left over. We hosted a post- graduation lunch for my son with about 25 people, using the big table as a buffet area. The kitchen is smallish but quite well equipped, and having a second refrigerator was definitely helpful. There were plenty of places for people to sit and eat with all the deck space. The kids enjoyed the hot tub tremendously. I enjoyed walking the steep hills in the area- a great workout in a short amount of time. The view of mountains from the living room and deck was lovely. Bonus: saw a pair of wild turkeys walking around the neighborhood 🦃 I would highly recommend this place!

Army Veterans Motorcycle Ride

The house was great for us with 7 Men in our group. The house provided enough beds and bathrooms for all. Some of the guys used the hot tub after riding all day. My only complaint is the TV did not work. It appears the Direct TV account wasn’t working. The only jet working in hot tub was the center jet. The hot tub didn’t heat up to a desired temperature.

Good for Large Family Group

The property is as described, clean comfortable and nice. Can sleep up to 19 comfortably. We were 4 families with 2 kids each except for the 4th couple. Views are amazing and dinner room can fit 11 adults. At some point, the owner needs to consider changing the base board heater as the temperature control can be confusing and converting the full beds to queens. The owner can take this up a notch by adding a Jacuzzi and a pool table in place of the fools ball table. We were all tall in our group and quickly noticed the full bed sizes. A little further from the major ski slopes, but if you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it.

Nice large family winter stay

Nice house. Layout worked well for us. Would recommend clearer marking for finding the proper driveway. Master bath could use more towel racks and ways to hang clothing. Be prepared to carry all your trash to the local dump (~7 miles).

Wonderful private family mountain home!

We had a great experience at this large house nestled in the woods in the mountains. It isn’t fancy, but it is spacious, quiet, and private. The location is secluded yet close to grocery stores and the cute town of West Jefferson. It is a charming little town with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, a donut shop and more. The house is great for large families or groups. It is well stocked also. We were in the area for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay.
