West Jefferson is a wonderful area. We have been there many times and found lots of things to do for every season. The cabin is bigger than it looked on the website. Lots of room, the kitchen had everything that we needed. We hiked, played Pickleball, and golf. We also enjoyed meals in West Jefferson and Boone.

My husband and I had a lovely two days at the cabin with our pup in tow. We checked out the Old Barn Winery and highly recommend a visit. The house is super clean, comfortable and everything you’ll need is available.

Great secluded getaway

This a beautiful property. Secluded and quiet but close enough to town to visit shops, get groceries, go to restaurants daily. The downtown area of West Jefferson is fun, beautiful, and friendly. Highly recommend this property. We visited with our 3 adult children and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I live I the Chapel Hill/Durham area with our three young children. We both grew up visiting the NC Mountains for vacations and fell in love with idea of having a place of our own! The West Jefferson area provides rest and relaxation along with many places to visit. The quaint downtown offers all you could imagine in a small town; including a cheese factory. The Boone/Blowing Rock area is just a short 30 minute drive. Our family enjoys visits to Mast General Store, mining for gems, picnicking on the Parkway and tubing the New River. The river also provides kayaking, fishing and rafting.
