A quiet and friendly community, only 5-7 minute drive to the beach (Wiggins Pass or Barefoot Beach), and perfectly centralized location to enjoy the local stores and restaurants. This is a second floor unit (elevators available) overlooks a pool view on a spacious screened in lanai. No Smoking, No Pets. Large Master Bedroom with private bath and walk in closet! Adorable spare room with twin beds. A den/spare sleeping space with a sofa bed (full) or extra sitting/TV room. Free parking on-site.

This unit is absolutely stunning, warmly furnished, and comfortably equipped for your extended stay. More photos available by request.

Only 25 minutes from RSW Airport (Southwest Florida International). Parking available onsite.

This community is perfectly located with several shops, stores, and restaurants very close by (within a few minutes). Only a 10 minute drive to Mercato Naples which offers a shopping and dining complex with shops and a theater.

A 20 minute drive to downtown Naples, and 25 minute drive to downtown Fort Myers Beach.

Tree lined walking paths are located on site. Or enjoy a 20 min bike ride to Wiggins Pass State Park along the paths of Vanderbilt Drive.
