Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start the dishwasher before you leave. If you would add used towels to the washing machine that is great. You do not need to start it. Leave any used beds unmade.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire stay (no third-party rentals). No Parties. No Smoking.
Primary renter must sign rental agreement and provide an ID. No Pets. Security deposit $300. 3% Cancellation Fee.
Maximum occupancy is 8 persons, that includes adults and children. Fee for late checkout is $100 per hour after 11:00am.

Perfect spot!

Was in Dallas for a few weeks for work, and needed an alternative to a hotel room to not go insane. This property truly is a gem, and was just the clean, quiet, spacious spot I needed. If I need another long stay in the area, I’ll definitely try to stay here again.
