We loved the apartment. It was welcoming and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space. Fully stocked with all the extras-very nice touch. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the clean space and the neighborhood. We understand that a few family members found it a bit warm—there was a heat wave during your stay, and while the temperature settings are limited (as noted in the listing), guests are always welcome to reach out to us if they need adjustments. We're happy to help make things more comfortable whenever possible. Thanks again for staying with us!
We can’t say enough good about this property. The location near Loyola, Lake Michigan, and the L Red Line was perfect for our family of 6 (spanning 3 generations). The property is spacious, well appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Parking was a huge plus. Nikki and Ben are terrific hosts - very responsive. Book now - you’ll be thrilled with your stay.

This was a great stay! Not only was the home beautiful and relaxing but the location was perfect. If you are planning on doing anything downtown it is only a few minute walk away from the Red Line that will take you just about anywhere you want to go. The owners were great and communicated so quickly on any questions I had. 5 Stars across the board!

The location and communication were great. Having a place that felt like home made transitioning my youngest daughter from Texas to her new university at Northwestern so easy. The location was perfect. Nicole was awesome every time I m a question she was quick to answer. Thank you,Chris

Happy to hear, and best of luck to your daughter on her time at Northwestern. Go Wildcats!
Very well appointed apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths which we needed for our group of 6 plus one toddler. The unit was very clean and kitchen was equipped with appliances and utensils. Super convenient to train and bus. Nikki responded promptly to our questions, including the need for a backup dryer when the one in our unit wasn’t heating up. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
We (three adults, two children) had a great stay. It's a clean, modern, well-resourced apartment, and Nikki and Ben were great at replying to questions and queries. The apartment, bedrooms, beds, and sofas are all very comfortable, and the bathrooms are great. Really good kitchen and cooking facilities too - saved us a fortune being able to eat in. The neighbourhood is perfect - cafes, restaurants, shops, transport links all within a few minutes' walk - and the street itself is leafy and quiet. Perfect! Can recommend it completely - would definitely stay again if in the area.

Why they chose this property
Rogers Park is one of Chicago’s most diverse neighborhoods, with more than 60 different languages spoken. As you might expect, the neighborhood’s dining options are just as diverse. Take a culinary journey around the world at Caribbean American Bakery, Redz Belizean Restaurant, Asahi Roll Sushi, Rocky’s Tacos, Tostini Turkish Street Food, and beyond.
If you want a taste of Chicago’s artsy side, Rogers Park is the perfect place to be. Check out the Glenwood Avenue Arts District, an inviting urban stretch with cobblestone streets, sprawling murals, art studios and galleries, an award-winning theatre, and entertainment venues hosting magic shows, cabaret, world music and more.
The area is also home to the pedestrian-friendly Glenwood Alfresco. Each summer, the Glenwood Sunday Market brings an array of local vendors, and the Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest (held the third weekend in August) features handmade art, live music, and studio tours.
