Whether you are coming for a Cubs game, concert or just to explore our beautiful city, you will love your time here no matter the season. A stunning well kept 2 BR, 2 Bth apartment. High end finishes, in a completely renovated lowel level of home complete with full kitchen including Nespresso machine, eating area and entertainment. We were initially attracted to the location’s proximity to Wrigley Field while not being in the heart of Wrigleyville. Grocery stores were walkable and having two separate bathrooms was critical. One thing to point out was our inability to control the temperature. While it was a hot/humid day outside, coming back to a place kept at 66 degrees was great. However, after a while you did feel the need to bundle up or throw on a blanket. If you already run cold, just make sure you pack a hoodie.

This place was so cute, comfortable, clean and quiet. They had everything you need and more. The street parking was always available day and night. It was nice to have 2 full baths and my bed was so comfortable. I’d stay there again and again.

We had a great stay in Chicago! The unit was exactly as described, great features & finishes, well cleaned/maintained. This was in a great location as well - easily walkable to restaurants - the neighborhood was adorable and safe as well. Plenty of free parking on the street as well. Would stay again!
