Spectacular Entire Townhome in the hearth of the city! 3 stories and 1900 sq feet of living space for guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Boasting TWO nice outdoor spaces. a lovely front patio and a very cute deck on the 3rd floor. Home is steps from the Train and just a 10 minute ride to downtown Millennium Park. My Townhome offers 1 King bed in the Master bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the additional bedrooms for sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Near grocery shop include Mariano's, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Aldi, Shopping, great restaurants, Theaters, the Chicago Zoo and everything Chicago offers. Parking permits are included for easy parking.

Fantastic Place in Lincoln Park

My family had a great time staying at Marco’s house. He was helpful and is a very friendly host. The home was clean and cozy. The location is great, 2 minutes to the L station, stores and restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

Chicago marathon week - perfect stay!

Absolutely beautiful house in a fantastic area. Just a short walk to some great restaurants and the red line station. Was perfect for us. Marco was a brilliant host. Really good communication and met us at check in and check out and gave us some really useful information about the area. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way

We would return in a heartbeat! Very comfortable and quiet, well stocked, easy to find parking, and super close train into downtown. There are also eateries within easy walking distance. Marco was very responsive and helpful.

Great stay for families

The property has all the amenities to make yourself feel at home. Linens, towels, laundry and kitchen accessories are all provided for. The host was very communicative and provided easy information for checkin and checkout. The property is in a nice neighborhood with convenient access to the Red line. Despite an aboveground train line being right next to the property, the noise is minimal. I would stay here again.

Nice place, great location

Marco welcomed us in person, gave us a tour and was easily available via text to answer our questions. The townhouse is very close to the red line subway. Another elevated line runs behind the house and we were a bit concerned about possible noise, but passing trains just manifest as a faint rumble from inside the house. The house was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen equipped for cooking. For us, the highlight was the 3rd floor deck off the primary bedroom. It was just a wonderful place to eat breakfast and to relax in the evenings after a long day of tourism.

Great place and awesome owner!

We had an absolute blast here. The location is tucked into a wonderful Lincoln Park neighborhood with a short walk to restaurants, groceries, and the train station which was super convenient! Marco, the owner, was delightful and greeted us upon arrival to show us everything in the house. The decor was very well appointed and absoluely darling. We also ended up leaving an important medication in the fridge and Marco ended up UPS-ing it to me the next day. He actually went to the UPS store for me! Who does that?!! Absolutely above and beyond! Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great home in a great area!

This home was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The home felt very safe with secure locks and is in a safe area. The subway is close by and a large grocery store is right down the street. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to several stores. We loved the area and didn’t miss the touristy loop area (which is just a few subway stops away). The bedrooms were clean and the main areas were roomy and comfortable. Multiple coffee and tea options were provided. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and for providing such an inviting space for us! We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Chicago!

Excellent house in great neighbourhood

We were a family of 7 including 18 month grandson. The house met our needs perfectly. Marco provided a pack and play and stair gate which was a real help. We enjoyed the location which gave us easy access downtown and to Wrigley Field. The neighbourhood had several parks and was nice to walk around.

The house has been recently renovated and modernized and it can comfortably sleep a family of 6.
