Excellent communication with and to the host. Perfect clean studio apartment with all equipment I needed to make coffee, toasted bagel, and microwave leftovers along with a college size fridge and freezer. Safe, quiet residential location. Would recommend highly.

Short stay while home was tenting

Conveniently located near our home. It was our home base while our condo was cleared. The added insurance makes the stay a bit pricey.

Weekend in Orlando

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. A nice place to come back to after being out and about all day. There were a few rules that we were not used to seeing, but it could be because it is on the college side of Orlando. Overall, it was good place to stay and served its purpose.served the purpose

The neighborhood was nice. It was a little far away from where my family lived but the drive was ok. The area did not have much to offer for shopping. Grocery stores and convience stores were about a mile or farther away. The unit was clean and relaxing. The TV service could have been more local. There were no local stations for news and network programming. Other than that it was a good trip and a relaxing stay.
