We stayed here for our wedding week and it was absolutely perfect. Spacious house for everyone including some babies. Great views and access to the water. And close to downtown Bethany!

We had the most amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The house was gorgeous, the rooms were beautiful and the view was even better. We were closeby everything in bethany and a short uber ride to dewey beach. The host was super helpful and easy to get in touch with for questions and everything we needed was provided, super clean and all around 10/10.

Beautiful house and view of the water. Convenient location and completely updated. House was generously stocked with kitchen supplies, toilet paper, soap, etc. Host could not have been easier to work with (great communication, etc). Highly recommend and we will be back!

The house was as shown and described in the listing. Had all the needed and wanted amenities and was impeccably clean. The location was a perfect jumping off point to the places we wanted to see, Rehoboth, Bethany and Ocean City Beaches. Highly recommend this property.

The house was beautiful with an amazing view over the bay. It was relaxing with so much space perfect for a big family trip where everyone feels comfortable. Sara was great at answering questions timely and making us feel welcomed!

Every member of our group (from teen to adult!) loved this property. The house itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities that make a beach trip fun and relaxing. The location is perfect for any and all activities you are looking to do in Bethany and offers a quiet oasis away from the sometimes crowded beach and town scene. The view off the deck can't be beat and the oprey nest with and telescope were such special added bonuses. The screened-in porch was my favorite spot for morning coffee, a little remote work, and enjoying the view. Sara was such a gracious host and clear communicator. We were so grateful for the time at this property and would absolutely book again.

This is an excellent house and Sara is an excellent, communicative, responsive and gracious host. A perfect home for a large family. Beautiful, well-appointed, near everything but still quiet. So many wonderful spaces for contemplating the gorgeous water and landscape, reading, bird watching or family game playing. Kayaking in the salt pond was a private tour of nature. We loved it!!

This home had amazing water views, was very well stocked with all that we needed for a large family to feel at home and enjoy a family beach vacay! The owner was great to work with and always responsive if we had a question. We used the elevator for our daughter and master bedroom shower was accessible enough to bathe her easily. Thank you, Sara! We hope to return!

We Stayed 3 nights this Summer, I can’t speak enough of this place! Beyond our expectation, we’ll organized, well decorated, well equipped! Sara, the owner was so attentive, even though she had provided and thought of everything we would need , she still messaged us to see if we needed anything else!!! Every member of our group were extremely pleased. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for beach get away! Thank you Sara, We all greatly appreciated!!!

Beautiful, peaceful bayside stay

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The host, Sara, was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The house was well-equipped with basic staples- pantry items, paper towels, toilet paper, and even cleaning supplies, which all came in handy as was appreciated. This is a great house to rent if you have a large family or want to stay at the beach with friends. So many floors with decks, large living spaces, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very fortunate to rent on a low humidity weekend, and enjoyed morning coffee and snacks on the screened-in porch. It was also very quiet as not many neighbors were home! Highly recommend renting here!

This is a beautiful property that easily accommodated 11 of us, from 18 to 80. Everything worked well, A/C, plenty of hot water. The house has a beautiful view of salt pond and there is an Osprey nest. There are two gathering areas with large sofas and a sitting area on the top floor that was perfect for morning coffee. Sara was very attentive with responses on questions and proactively offered information as our trip was coming up. The drive to the beach was quick and having 10 beach chairs at the house meant we didn't have to pack them.
