The property listed a washer and dryer that had been removed. The ice machine in the refrigerator did not work and there was a notice in the appliance that stated the fact. The disposal also was not operational. The tv receiver in the living room would overheat after thirty minutes and shut down. The only option was to use an auxiliary cable connection if you had one. These were all owners options that had not been corrected. The location was great but the lack of upkeep was disappointing.
