Thank you for taking the time to view our 'home away from home.' We recently completed a full renovation and are continuously upgrading our property so we're always very excited to share it with our guests. The Summerhouse provides one of the most versatile environments on Panama City Beach that "checks all the boxes." Whether it's a family-trip, a romantic getaway, a relaxing vacation, a girls trip, or you're a snowbird seeking a long-term stay, we can accommodate you. There is 24-hr security, quick elevators, and you always park close...even during peak season! The Summerhouse is located on the east end of Panama City Beach providing a more relaxed, less crowded atmosphere but still very close to whatever you desire...shopping, excellent dining, 30A, St. Andrews State Park, etc.

Our 4th floor unit sleeps up to 7 guests with a king bed in the master overlooking the gulf. There's a queen and twin bed in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You had access to high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the property and streaming on all TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, all linens are provided, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Our balcony overlooks 2 lagoon pools (1 heated in the winter), a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and a large beachfront gazebo. Many other amenities are listed below and the front desk has the necessary equipemtn available if it's required. Also, continuing in 2026...FREE BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED WITH ALL RESERVATIONS!!!

We choose to be our own property managers so you will deal directly with us throughout the process of booking, payment, checking in/out, and should anything come up during your stay. You'll notice in our reviews that we strive to service our guests with excellence and being our own property managers also gives you the peace of mind knowing that you're not having to go through a third party or property management company. We are committed to you as a guest and want to build a loyal client base so please inquire about our specials for return guests!

All units at The Summerhouse are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Guests must be 25 or older unless the unit is occupied by a parent or legal guardian or guests are related by marriage. All guests are required to provide photo ID at check-in. The guest reserving the unit (25 or older) MUST be present at check-in and remain present on the property at all times with other guests.
