The house features 2 queen beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a refreshing shower in the bathroom. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and take advantage of amenities like heating, AC, a washing machine, dyer and WiFi. Grill out & enjoy the large, fenced in backyard. Located 2 short miles to Englewood beach & the gorgeous island of Boca Grande is only a 15 min drive. Bring your boat & launch at the numerous boat ramps as close as 1 mile away, with space for your boat trailer on premises. The home is equipped with 4 beach chairs, corn hole, fire pit, game room and more! It’s a fantastic location to downtown & a walk to the local YMCA.
