Our stay at the Southern Frog was fantastic. We loved the house-our older two kids loved each having their own king bedroom and our youngest loved the bunk room. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood but a close walk/bike ride/golf cart ride to everything. We hope to be back soon!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Southern Frog. Excellent property, great location in the Watercolor community (a block away from an awesome pool and a 5 min golf cart drive to the local grocery store) and amazing amenities, both from Southern Frog and Watercolor. The communication and responsiveness from the property manager was top notch. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great location and accommodation to make a great family trip

Family vacation. House in great location. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. The fourth bedroom is a nook and not a true bedroom but not a huge deal with our party. Needs some minor cleaning (not unexpected for a busy summer). Has all of the things you can possibly need for the trip particularly in the kitchen! The golf cart (LSV) and bicycles were a huge hit! Property manager was very easy to work with and very prompt. The

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear your family had a great stay and enjoyed the location, kitchen amenities, golf cart, and bikes β€” they really are guest favorites. You're absolutely right that the fourth bedroom is more of a bunk room, which works well for many families but may not be ideal for every group. We always recommend guests take a close look at the bed setup in advance to ensure it fits their party’s needs β€” this is especially common in homes throughout WaterColor, where bunk spaces are popular design features. We appreciate your feedback on the minor cleaning items and will address that with our team, especially during the busy summer season. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

Loved the neighborhood, house and amenities! So nice to have the 6 person golf cart to use since parking is a premium. We all had a wonderful time at Watercolor Beach Club & Rosemary Beach. This house is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The communication with the host Chelsea was fast & friendly. The best that I have ever experienced.
