Beautiful brand new modern house in the heart of nature. Very large spaces, 4 bedrooms. Access to Lake St. Charles, fishing, kayaking, hiking, spa and more. At 15 minutes from downtown Quebec City, 5 min from the ski center with access to all services. Great for lover of the nature, relaxing and amazing time !

Magnifique maison moderne entièrement neuve au coeur de la nature. Très grands espaces, 4 chambres. Accès au lac St-Charles, pêche, kayak, randonnée pédestre, spa et bien plus. À 15 min du centre-ville de Québec, 5 min du centre de ski avec accès à tous les services. Idéale pour relaxer et avoir des moments inoubliables !
très grande piscine creusée et chauffée avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac.
Prendre note qu’en saison hivernale nous recommandons l’usage de bons pneus d’hiver ou idéalement un VUS puisque l’entrée du chemin menant à la maison est très bien déneigée mais en pente.
