The space
We have 5 beds and 1 foldable sofa bed, including 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 full beds (bunk beds) that accommodate up to 10 guests. The building has 2 floors and a lovely yard with no underground basement.

BDR 3(Upstairs): 1 Queen bed, shared bathroom
BDR 4(Downstairs): 2 Full beds(Bunk beds), dedicated bathroom.
Downstairs living room: 1 foldable sofa bed (71''x42'') Please find extra linen, pillow, and comforter for the sofa bed in the closet in BDR 4(downstairs).

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 located upstairs and 1 downstairs. All 3 bathrooms have showers and can help your group get ready quickly in the morning.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, the double deck, the garage, as well as the lovely yard. For your safety, you won't have access to the AC/furnace room and storage. Please watch out for your steps while traveling up and down the deck stairs at night when you use the Sauna on the lower deck.

5. Dishwasher: Load used dishes and start a cycle. If it’s already clean, just leave the dishes in the dishwasher.

We appreciate your help in maintaining a clean space for all guests & keeping the cleaning fee reasonable.

Special Disclosure
We have 4 exterior security cameras for our guests’ safety. They are at the entrances of the building and all facing out and cannot see the interior of the house. They are located at the front door, garage door, deck stairs to the sunroom entrance and the north facing backyard. There is no interior camera or camera for sauna area.

The host was both welcoming and quick to communicate. The property is extremely well supplied, has great views and really nice spaces. Lots of daylight areas, very comfortable living spaces and nice amenities. Gas fireplaces, sunroom, deck and yard. We don’t use the sauna but it’s there if you want it!

Terrific place!

We were three friends spending a week skiing around Utah. This home was perfect for us. Super close to all the resorts. A great place to return to after a long day at the slopes. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Thanks Steve! We had a perfect week.

The place overall was fantastic. They had an assortment of yoga mats, blocks, and rollers, which made for a great wellness stay. Actually, there was a great air filter in the living room room that we used regularly and it certainly helped with my asthma and the altitude. The sunroom was where we spent the bulk of our time and the view made it extra special. Kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking in a treat. Mattresses were very comfortable and all the linens were very nice. Enjoyed the pool table and all the great games they had to offer. Have been renting homes in Salt Lake City for the last 20 years in this place I would definitely rent again!

Fantastic hosts - responsive, super friendly (we accidentally arrived 30 min early and they were kind to let us drop bags and return when cleaning was finished). So, my daughter named this the "your wish is granted" house - every time she thought of a desired item and said, "I wish they had..." she would turn around and there it was! Every detail has been thought through. The views are fantastic, the Zen room is calming, and the pool and ping pong tables gave us lots of fun things to do apres ski. And, GREAT location for access to skiing. Well done!
