About this property

Sunny, family friendly, top location for hikers and skiers

Our house is situated at a height of 580 m in the Stanggaß. The 3-year-old holiday apartment features a terrace as well as a separate entry and parking space in front of the house. It takes a 10 minute walk to the centre (miniature golf), to the closest bus stop and supermarket, a 5 minute walk to the game reserve. The apartment is completely furnished and fully equipped. Divan beds as well as an own playground are existent. For mountain hikers and mountainbikers Stanggaß makes an ideal origin into the mountain world. The first and unique natural outside swimming pool is close-by and reachable by foot. Excursions to the 20 km distant Salzburg should make a true experience for you. For skiers there is one of the prettiest cross-country skiing tracks available within 8 minutes. For alpine skiers the FIS skiing area is only a short drive away, as well as many other slopes in this area. We would be glad to welcome you to our house.

Super Wohnungslage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse, kein Autolärm und sehr ruhig, trotzdem kamen wir mit dem Auto schnell zu unseren verschiedenen Zielorten. Wir waren zu viert über ein verlängertes Wochenende in Berchtesgaden und haben einige Unternehmungen vorgenommen. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht unbedingt mit (nur einen Tag Sonne). Die Vermieter sind super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und gaben tolle Tips. Die Kinder sind auch sehr höflich. Der kurz Urlaub war super, bis auf´s Wetter -smile- Vielen Dank an die Vermieter und viele Grüße vom Ammersee! PS: Wir 4 hatten keine Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser!

Nicht 4 sterne wurdig

Lage der Wohnung Super, umgebung Super, Sehr nette Vermieter leider war die Küche nicht sauber (Oven und Dunsthaube und Wasserbecken nicht saubergemacht). Warm wasser und Heizung nur bestimmte Zeiten und nicht den ganzen Tag verfügbar. Finden Ferienwohnung deshalb nicht 4-sterne wurdig.
