The space

New 4 bedroom house close to MAZ (Mangawhai Activity Zone) with skate park, playground, Basketball Court, Pump Track, Tennis Courts and Bush walks. Fully fenced backyard is great for kids or dogs to play safely.

A short drive or a longer walk to the shops and estuary and 5 mins by car from the surf beach.

Enjoy the views from the front deck, or the larger more private deck is a great spot for outdoor dining, complete with BBQ. (not pictured)
