The property features an EV charger - a Tesla Universal Charger compatible with all electric vehicles.

Pool Information:
The pool is available for guest use and is shared between 5 houses this year (and may be shared with up to 8 houses in summer). It is open from Memorial Day through October and is not heated.

BEACH ACCESS

Our beach access is temporarily moved. A new beach crossover across from the homes is expected to be completed around April or early May. Currently public beach access is near Mile Marker 19, just before Lacosta Bay. From the house, turn right and walk about 10–12 houses to reach it. You may also drive over to drop off passengers and return to park at the house.

⚠️ Please use only this public access point. All other beach crossovers in the area are private property and cannot be used.

RENTAL TERMS
Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $500.00$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 7 days after stay if there is no damage.

☆ CANCELATION POLICY ☆

Please refer to your cancelation policy + $150 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
