Wide, clear views of the ocean and the sound surround this beach paradise that has two levels of balconies either end of the house. This home is just a few steps from the beach and has eight bedrooms, an elevator to assist you with luggage, and offers spacious, wide-open living areas with a modern look.

Cook morning pancakes while you enjoy your ocean views from the kitchen, or order pizza delivery and have a family movie night on the smart TV in the spacious living room. Sit on either the sound-side balcony and sip wine while you view the vast nature the island has to offer, or maybe you'll decide to sit on the ocean-side balcony and sip your morning coffee while you read the paper and listen to the Atlantic waves.

Walk across the street to the beach where you can watch the sunrise or read from a beach chair all day while you catch some rays. You may also wish to rent a surfboard from one of the local beach gear rental shops nearby and play in the waves all day, or maybe you want to explore the most magnificent Topsail Island, only a short drive away.

Jump in the car and you will find multiple venues that host a thrilling beach nightlife on the island, some which offer live music or even karaoke. Also, a short drive away will take you to local eateries, some with local seafood, fish, and produce, farm stands, big-name retailers, grocery stores, golf courses, and multiple fishing piers.

Family Vacation at Topsail

Absolutely loved our stay. Our host, Stacy, was so responsive and helpful!! Location was perfect for our family - number of bedrooms and bathrooms and just a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the private pool every day. So private yet just a quick drive to Surf City. Elevator was important to us since one person had limited mobility. Visiting the turtle hospital was a great adventure for the grandchildren. Would highly recommend this home for a large family.

Definitely needs some TLC. The entire house needs to be painted. The sofa in the main room is in bad shape and needs to be replaced. It is kinda gross hanging out on a couch that has a sofa cover ( especially for the price that we paid to stay here)

This is a fantastic home for those with multiple families, and/or friend groups. Home had everything you need for cooking, beds were super comfortable and property manager was super responsive; Stacey went above and beyond on short-notice after a terrible experience with another VRBO on Topsail Island. Great property in NTI with plenty of room for a large extended family. Pool and outdoor shower are a nice to have. Beach access is close by and 4 empty lots in front of the house give a great ocean view. New houses being built on both sides so a bit of construction activity and noise but it looks like both houses will be finished soon.

Fun and Sun!

What an amazing week we had with the whole family! Ocean views, sand under our feet, waves to ride, a pool to hang out in and get crazy, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and a truly lovely house for us all to gather in and make memories to last a lifetime were just some of the awesome features of the week at Topsail! We couldn't have asked for a better place to accommodate four families and two very special grandpas. ❤️ The elevator made for smoothe transitions from one floor to another and the inside and outside spaces were perfect. Cooking our favorite "shrimp boil" was so easy and sitting together to enjoy it was even better! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at a home away from home. We loved it all!!
