Built in 1920 Bungalow, original hardwood floors. Renovated baths. Washer/dryer. Deck with seating in back.

One block from Historic Fourth Ward Park, walk through the Park to Ponce City Market and the Atlanta Beltline to Skate Park. Krog Street Market. Less than two miles to Centennial Park Downtown, GA Aquarium, World of Coke, Skywheel and many other amazing attractions. Great view of Bank of America and Ponce City Market from front porch.
