You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Any guests not recorded on the reservation are not allowed at the property. Violation of the rules you will be asked to leave the property.

About Peter Flower
I'm a publisher in Manhattan with two twin boys, I grew up in lower Westchester where I still reside. I tend to live an adventurous life, travel often and very much into water activities. Wakeboarding, and wake surfing are one of my passions during the summer time, and I enjoy the country roads in CT to ride one of my motorcycles. I love to entertain and have jam sessions with my friends and family. This house I built to relax and unwind at. It's the perfect setting and location.

Why Peter Flower chose New Fairfield
As someone that craves the outdoors and came up to Candlewood Isle as a kid, I always knew I'd one day buy a vacation home here. I searched for two years to find a home on the Isle that I liked, not many are for sale. Upon finding this home the first day it was on the market I bought it. It had the most important element I wanted, privacy. Unlike most of the homes on the Isle that are on top of one another, this one is at the end of a dead end road and one of the few that has a flat yard on the hilly terrain. Although it was not the ideal home at the time, it was the ideal property that sits high on the hill overlooking Candlewood lake. In 2012 I decided it was time to make it the home I wanted and underwent a million dollar renovation making it the perfect home to entertain my guests. The best thing about this house is it has something for everyone, even if it's a storm outside there is always fun to do inside. It's close enough to Manhattan to get here in less than 90 minutes and you could always take a bus or train up to Danbury which is close by. During the summer you can rent a boat at the local marina, take in the beach and even enjoy meeting new people should there be something going on at our clubhouse. You will find everyone on the Isle warm and inviting. We are a 2-minute ride to the beach or a 10-minute walk.

There are lots of homes you can rent, think about your needs for you and your guests, if it rains does the home offer a plan B for your vacation? We have a 5 star rating from our guests because rain or shine our home offers everything you need and covers your plan B should the weather turn on you. Karaoke system, Movie theatre, pool table, ping pong, massage chair, music studio and a disco. Enough to occupy every guest. There are 3 BBQ's and even if the weather turns bad you can still enjoy an outside BBQ under the deck which is sealed from the elements.
