We enjoyed our stay. The only thing(s)we noticed was the carpet. I would recommend that it be taken up and replaced . The dishwasher sounds like it's on its last leg. But other than that we enjoyed our family vacation. The Jones/Root family

Definitely in need for a new cleaning crew

Overall, the place is very functional, good layout, well equipped and very close to a good beach. However, the place was not clean when we arrived and one of the bedrooms was completely left unattended. It is not only unpleasant but also not safe nowadays. During the first night we couldn't operate the TV and the bunk bed was so squeaky that the kids woke up several times. They sent someone to fix the issues the day after and it was better. They are responsive. Do not expect luxury but it is a decent (when it's clean and the bed makes less noise 😉).

Property with issues

The listing didn't disclose some problems with the property: 1. 3 of 4 tv's didn't work; maintenance person responded quickly; fixed all but one; was to return with proper part but never did. 2. Master bath shower doesn't work; used another. 3. outside stairs dilapidated and in need of repair. inside stairs another railing. 4. carpet throughout the house was filthy.

This house was amazing, beyond our expectations! It was clean, roomy and had all the amenities needed for a stay. We had an issue with the microwave which was fixed the next day. The process of rental was seamless!!! We will be renting with Village Realty again and love this house and area. Very quiet and perfect location to beach. Thank you for making this easy and enjoyable for your guests!

We had an amazing trip to the Outer Banks. The house was great. They had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and clubhouse. It was located in a nice community. When we go back we would like to stay at this house again.

We only had a problem with the outside lighting. It was after 6 PM when we arrived and We actually had to use our Car headlights to go up the stairs. Other than the lighting outside the location and house was Fabulous!

Amazing

We had an incredible experience. The house was clean and ready to go. Everything we expected and more. It was extremely nice to have balconies on both sides of the house as you are able to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other balcony in the evening. Also, only a block away from the beach so it is a very short walk!
