We enjoyed our trip!

Great location for us with golf and town nearby. Hostess was responsive and easy to work with. We'd stay again, nice house, clean and well equipped.

Great get away and hangout

Enjoyed our stay with friends. Enjoyed the games in the garage and fire pit out back. Host was proactive and helpful. Would stay again.

The house did not have much in the kitchen to cook with, had to purchase tinfoil pans. Couch, beds are very cheap Furniture, like they were going to fall apart. No gas in the grill and patio furniture was bad. Not comfortable, ripped and molded. Play room was nice. Person I spoke with was nice. I did have a lot of complaints and was offered a free night but for next stay.

Communication with the property manager was excellent—very responsive and accommodating with early check-in and late check-out.Unfortunately, the house did not meet expectations or match the listing. The sofa bed is not a pull-out bed and is not comfortable enough to sleep on, so the home cannot truly accommodate 8 guests as advertised. We had to purchase an 80 air mattress at the last minute.Cleanliness was poor. We found used soaps with hair, heavily used toiletries, and men’s underwear inside the bedsheets, raising concerns about whether the linens had been changed. Additionally, the king bed collapsed when my children laid down, showing prior repairs, and they were forced to sleep on the floor.Due to these issues, we moved to a hotel one night early, and the house was left almost completely intact. There was also old coffee residue in the coffee maker and no curtains in the living room, resulting in zero privacy. Although the property manager apologized and partially refunded the stay, the home did not meet basic cleanliness, safety, or rental standards, and the cleaning fee was not refunded.

Could have been so much better.

The house was ok. There were no lamps throughout the entire house. Missing switch covers throughout the house. No starter paper towels. They had no top sheets on the beds. 2nd bathroom tub was dirty and I’m not sure what was on both tub faucets but it was stick and gross. The house was furnished very sparsely. No checkout instructions( so I just did what I do in the other Vrbo as my checkout. )They did have a game room in the garage.I think they put more thought into it than the whole house. The house could be so cute if they spent more time and thought on the inside of the house. .

Arrived in the dark very difficult to find the house because the house number is painted the same color as the house, no light until you get up on top of the door for the motion detector. Had trouble getting in so I hit I need help, but then we figured it out although no one ever followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. Cabinet door is broken curtains don’t fit the windows no curtain on the sliders in the back outlets not installed properly, wires hanging, and TV connected with extension cord. Back window, broken in bedroom. Dresser, drawer, broken, no hand towels or dish towels, laundry left in dryer. Don’t even know who it was. Ant‘s near front door and lots of fire ants in the backyard.Positives: quiet area, great little back porch, very comfortable master bed, relatively clean, except for linen closet had a lot of cobwebs
